Checked out this beautiful park and palace. Ate some crepes. Sat on the one lawn a available -all the others are for looking at only. Plenty of statues too.

We started the day with (croissants) a walk 

along this former railway that is now a beautiful

 park. Thanks Dan. Saw Paris from a new angle.

We all made it round the course in various states of disrepair...
Stephen 6.09:39 pulled a hammy at 13 km and walked the rest
Wendy 5.01:24 pretty happy tho walked part of every km after 20 due to dodgy knees. Have now retired from marathons.
Andrew 4.01.02 consistent as always
Kere 5.20:12 stopped for a massage with a view of the Eiffel Tower
Bards 4.51.17 good start but faded so tried out the vino
Steve 5.34:42 ditto but didn't find the vino
Vhairi 5.35:22 fantastic as has had the flu all week
